I love enchiladas and Mexican rice! Pretty much all Mexican food is good so I think you’ll enjoy whatever you order.

Pollo con Salsa Mole!!! Wash it down with an Horchata or Agua de Melon and end the meal with a slice of Pastel de Tres Leches.

My home-made Sopes! oh, at a restaurant, um….you might want to try the sopes but I doubt it’ll be the same veggie style, but it could work, just ask them to omit the meat

I love Churi Pollo. It’s churizo sausage and grilled chicken. I order at Mi Ranchito (here in St. Louis all the time). It’s topped with chihuahua cheese and comes with lettuce, guac, spanish rice and beans. Stuff it into a flour tortilla and go to town!

The only authentic Mexican food is what you get in Mexico. Any restaurant in America has had to tailor their dishes to bland American palates, but some cheese filled enchiladas might be a good choice, or a cheese stuffed poblano pepper.

Puerco Pibil is the unrivaled Mexican dish. Its so good, flavorful and tender.
If you remember the movie Once Upon A Time In Mexico (Desperado 2), its the dish that Johnny Depp kills the chef who makes it because its TOO good!

I would suggest the Mexican tapequenia plate .Which should contain ,Fajitas , rice, re fried beans , enchiladas , a crispy taco , and a side salad (for your veggie side) cheese nachos . Plate generally cost around $12 here where I’m from . Its the best you get the variety of everything . But , ask for a side taco of carne guisada(its awesome ).
Hope you enjoy. But , you can ask for a taco salad for your vegetarian side -those are good also their better that the ones in taco bell, lol. Have a good day.
