Does anyone know any really good mexican dishes?

i need it for spanish class!!! it has to be authentic!
There is what Americans think is Mexican and Real Mexican. I will limit my suggestions to Real Mexican. You can look up the definition.

authentic mexican food often includes corn, sweet potatoes, seafood (coastal regions of mexico), nopal (cactus strips), and turkey or pork.

Back when I ate meat, my favorite was Always flautas. Its a corn wrap around a filling – usually pork – and then deep fried.
Not the most healthy of dishes, but its so good.
At a Mex restaurant near me, they also have a chicken and bacon quesadilla that was delicious!
