Favorite AUTHENTIC mexican dish?

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Authentic Mexican Dishes

not any of that american "plain softshell taco" crap

For me, it’s a big bowl of pozole with radishes and cilantro on the top, (chicken pozole) and a fresh squirt of lime, with a few tostadas that have been slathered in a full fat sour cream. That to me is like sitting on cloud. Good Eats.

I tried this burrito kind of wrap a few years back and it tasted awesome!

I found out that the inside stuffing was tripe and beans, cilantro, onions, different kinds of peppers.

The server also suggested that I squeeze some lime juice into the mix and mmmmmmmmmmmmmm it was good!

Homeade salsa, with a twist! I add tomato, onion, celantro, green pepper, avacado, and hot sauce. Then i make homeade step by step tortilla strips. ( There basiclly the same as tortilla chips, but are strips)!

The best that I had in Mexico recently was Cabrito en Enchilada. Goat in enchilada sauce. The sauce had no tomato like the stuff we are used to. With a stack of totillas and a cold Indio beer.
