If you have to just estimate how many calories please, I just need to know about how much with just vegetables and chicken.
But i didn't have the chicken.
160, please don't starve yourself to lose weight. I don't have time right now, but if you E-mail me, I'll give you some great menus and plans for a wonderful diet, and exercise plan that will help you lose 10-15 pounds in two weeks, healthfully!

My mom makes awesome mole, but she never gives up the recipie or always forgets to tell me a key ingredient. I bought a Dona Maria Mole Verde Jar but does any one know what I need to add to it to make it great…. I know my mom talks about Peanut butter and chocolate… but I have no idea how to incorporate it all. Any one know?

Dona Maria has a regular mole sauce that is chocolate based. The verde sauce you mentioned is cilantro based.
I would think the other one would be better.
In regards to adding your own… add at anytime.
You want the chocolate to melt, but you also want your ingredients to simmer and meld.
Besides, Dona Maria. Rogelio Bueno is another brand of mole sauce that I've tried that turned out well.
Do you like your mole sweeter, spicier?
Mole sauces is one of those things that every family seems to have a different variation on what they like putting in their sauce. Raisins, dried fruits, more poblanos or chocolate, cinnamon… etc.

i alwalys get it at my favorite mexican resturant durangos, it is a chicken dish called pollo (something) adovo or adobo or something it is like a cheese soup with sour cream and bits of chicken in, it is very rich, so i belive it contains cream or something, with little bits of spinach cut up in it, and is served with flour tortillas i would really appreciate it if someone could find me a recipie, or even the real name so i can search for recipies online
Arroz con pollo
* 1/2 c Olive oil
* 1/4 c Tomato sauce
* 1 Frying chicken cut up
* 1/8 ts Saffron (powdered)
* 1 Small onion chopped
* 2 1/2 c Chicken broth
* 1 Clove garlic minced
* 1 c Uncooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste Heat oil brown chicken on both sides. Add onion and garlic fry a few minutes then add tomato sauce saffron dissolved in chicken broth salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Add rice stir well cover again and simmer for 30 minutes longer or until all liquid has been absorbed and chicken is tender.

I'm pregnant and I just bought some homemade tamales this is only my second time eating them and I was just wondering if there is any health benefits
what should I make to go with them
Homemade tamales! I'm jealous.
Homemade probably implies less preservatives, if that's a concern.
But, if the cook made them in a traditional manner, it's probably made with lard.
I think the homemade one's also taste a lot better too.
Health benefits: If they make you happy, that's a big benefit to your mind and body.
Happiness = less stress = lower stress related hormones in body.

The salad consists of:
Romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, corn kernels, black beans, diced avocado, chopped tomato, red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
I was thinking of just using red-wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, but I don't think it will go that well. Any ideas?
How about an Avocado dressing.

1 avocado, pitted and peeled
1/4 cup nonfat yogurt
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.

Mexican Chicken
This is actually a spanish dish, but never mind, it is one of my fav's . Ingredients 1 large onion, green pepper, red pepper garlic, I/2 a chicken cut into bite size pieces, 1 cup to 1.5 cups of long grain rice, large pinch of salt, tumeric (or if you can afford it saffron) 1tsp paprika, I -2 TBsps of Olive Oil, 1 pint of chicken stock (one cube mixed in 500ml of boiling water) I can 475 gms of plum tomatoes.
Chop up Onions and Peppers and fry them off in a large frying pan 8 – 10 inch, until transparent with very little colour on them, take them off the heat, then in the same pan add a little more oil and fry off the chicken, dont crowd the pan, so maybe do it in 2 batches, let the chicken get a nice brown colour on it, add the onions pepper chicken and garlic now to the pan, add the rice to the pan and sprinkle over the salt tumeric and paprike, mix all together, add the can of tomatoes that have been chopped up and then add the chicken stock , let it cook gently until the rice is done and all of the stock etc has been absorbed, about 30 odd minutes. That should cover it… very easy, a one pot meal and delicious…. Go for it and enjoy
