Estoy buscando la receta como hacen el pollo BBQ que se ven durante los fines de semanas en el estaciónamentos de los supermercados Vallarta de California. ¿Cual condimentos usan y todo? También quiero saber la receta de su Horchata de Vallarta.

Vallarta supermarkets in California do a fantastic Mexican BBQ chicken that they sell on weekends in their parking lots. Does anyone know the recipe or what spices they use in whatever they coat the chicken with before going onto the grill? I'd also like to know the Vallarta recipe for their Horchata.

I had a friend who’s Grandmother had this recipe, and all I remember is fishing out pieces of chicken breasts with a straining spoon. If anyone has any information about a stewed, Mexican chicken recipe, I would really appreciate it. I know it had tomato sauce, and that’s what it was cooked in, but that’s about it.

sounds like tinga….but im not sure because tinga doesnt have tomato based sauce, its chipotles in adobo…but with shredded chicken//.

1.boil chiken
2.mix can rotel and cream of chicken soup
3.melt you velvetta cheese in with soup mixture
