<br />I believe you are looking for mexican melting cheese&#8230; I believe you can get it in stores, have you gone to an actual restaurant that has it? They might tell you how they did it! Also Queso means literally CHEESE in spanish, so every cheese will be Queso. All recipes will be different so remember that. I know the sauce you are talking about.</p>

<p>Place cheeses in a large bowl, sprinkle with cornstarch, and toss to coat. Transfer cheese mixture to a large saucepan and add milk. Set over low heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture is smooth and melted, about 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in onion and chiles with reserved juices until well combined. To serve, transfer dip to a slow cooker set on low or keep in the saucepan at a simmer for up to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.</p>

<br />White Salsa</p>
<p>1 C. sour cream<br />
1 C. mayonnaise<br />
3 limes, juiced<br />
4 cloves garlic, crushed<br />
1 1/2 C. finely chopped cilantro<br />
6 oz. can black olives, pitted, drained and chopped<br />
1 1/2 C. green onions, finely chopped<br />
5 tsp. hot pepper sauce<br />
Pepper to taste</p>
<p>Directions<br />
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream, mixing well. Add lime juice, garlic, cilantro, black olives, scallions, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings for personal preference. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend. Serve with tortilla chips.</p>
<p>just leave the olives out if you want to.</p>

3 large tomatoes, peeled, cored, and chopped<br />
1 clove garlic, minced<br />
4 green onions, thinly sliced<br />
2 tablespoons diced purple onion<br />
2 to 3 jalapeno or serrano chile peppers, seeded and finely chopped<br />
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro<br />
1/2 teaspoon salt<br />
2 tablespoons lime juice</p>
<p>PREPARATION:<br />
Combine all ingredients and stir well. Store in refrigerator for use within a day or two, or pureé in blender and freeze for up to 2 weeks. Serve with grilled chicken or fish, or along with burritos, tacos, or other Mexican style meals.</p>

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

            Butter to cook the onion<br />
       1 ts Garlic; crushed<br />
            Tablespoons of flour<br />
       1 cn Tomato paste<br />
       1 c  Whipping cream</p>
<p>   Cook the onions in what is preferably a teflon-coated cast-iron pot,   until browning or even slighter burning. When the onions are    acceptable, add the flour, garlic, cream, and tomato paste. When that    becomes soft and hot, gradually add the cheese until bubbly.</p>
