I need a recipe for some kind of easy snacky Mexican food, any ideas?

I have a party in my Spanish class soon and everyone must make something mexican. Plz help. Thanks.

**7 Layer DIp

Layer a dish in order of listing starting on the bottom:

refried beans
Salsa
sour cream
guacamole
cheese
tomatoes
olives

Serve w/chips

**Quesedilla’s w/cheese, shredded chicken, sour cream and salsa

    1 can re fried beans
    1 can salsa sauce
    1 can small diced black olives
    1 16 oz bag shredded mexican cheese

    Put beans in casserole first, then add the salsa with olives and cheese on top, bake for 20 minutes at 350*.
    Then bag of chips for dipping and if want add sour cream on top.

    Melt Velvetta cheese in microwave (20 sec increments) then add enough Picante Salsa (Pace brand is good, there’s mild and medium, which is spicier) to make a pink sauce, mix and microwave again. Bring Tortilla chips (scoops are less messy) for this dip. It’s really good!
