chips and salsa – OK but sort of not exciting. The hostess has asked me to come up with some ideas for finger food that will be pleasing to folks of all ages. I’ll have three or four people who will help, but I need some ideas that are easy to prepare, don’t have to be heated and can either be passed around or set down on the tables that are scattered about the yard. What I’ll do is pass around the "recipes" to the others who will help, so each person will be working in their own kitchen. I thought of filling little souffle cups with a crab dip, so that’s one idea – but I wonder if there is something that will compliment yet not compete with the meal.
