eat, please tell me if the type of food i eat during the week would be on the healthy or not, what type of food is healthy

I eat: Ceviche ( raw shrimp cooked in lemon) once a week, oysters, cooked fish, drink ONE soda a day, rice , beans, cereal, milk, carne asada, sushi, Mexican food mainly,

Eating healthily is basically eating a balanced diet, so aslong as you’re getting your average amounts of each food group, you’re okay! & you sound like you’re eating very healthily atm.
You could maybe eat more fruit & veg.

    sounds really good! just be sure to get plenty of veggies and fruit. Also, I would suggest not drinking soda at all. Good job! just wonding, how can you have raw shrimp that’s cooked in lemon?

    Always try to eat organic and vegetable if you can find it; a good example of both is Beanzhi bean croquettes, especially as you already like beans. the croquettes avoid the bloating of beans. Beanzhi is especially great if you eat it with oatmeal for breakfast. You can follow it with a meal that contains a salad or steamed vegetables. Boiled or grilled fish is great too. Avoid the soda please. Check regularly on ‘free health group’ on yahoo groups for further help on eating healthy

    eating healthy simply means to get all of the nutrient, vitamins, protein, etc etc in your daily diet. In this modern age when very few people eat healthy everyday, it is wise to take a one a day vitamin. You diet seems OK…I am somewhat confused about the "raw" shrimp that is "cooked" in lemon, so it is not raw when you eat it. If you are really concerned about a good healthy diet, why not see a nutritionist that will know what your body needs, and the foods that would contain it.
