Mexican Food Recipes

Mexican theme is a great deal for a build your own style meal.

You can get all the ingredients for tacos and burritos, maybe even some fajitas and set it out where people can add what they like and enjoy their food just how they like it.

I would see if I had a little mexican bakery in my area for dessert and snacks afterward.

I’d go with ceviche as an appetizer, also guacamole as some people might be scared of the fish… Red snapper makes for excellent ceviche. Or you could make mini tostadas.

For a main course:chicken and steak fajitas . (To give people a choice.

Desert: I make a tortilla cannoli with either good vanilla bean ice cream or a dark chocolate chili ice cream w/ chocolate sauce.
( I know the choc/chil powder sounds bizarre, but it is really good. I found it by experimenting with those items after I saw the movie "Chocolat."

tacos and enchiladas, with spanish rice, serve tacos too and let everyone make their own. for an appetrizer use southwest egg rolls with guacamole(they ar like a friend burrito kind of) and for dessert make sopappillas
