		<description>Chilaquiles:
It&#039;s a combination of dried tortillas or tostadas (hahaha hope you understand a few spanish words), green or red tomato sauce (not ketchup!!!!), cheese, frijoles(beans), chicken and cream. All this put toghether in a dish and heated in the oven. That&#039;s how I eat it but it&#039;s better described below.

ITS REALLY EASY

To cook the chicken
4 bonless, skinless chicken breasts
1 onion, quartered
2 cloves of garlic

&quot;&quot;&quot;&quot;&quot;The tomato sauce i think you can get it at the super market I have never done it home made&quot;&quot;&quot;&quot;&quot;
For the tomato sauce:
2 onions chopped very small
1 garlic chopped very small
12 tomatoes peeled and seeded and pureed
1 tablespoon cilantro, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons tabasco sauce if you want it hot (optional)

Tortillas:
4 round corn tortillas

To assemble:
sour cream diluted with a small amount of water
1/2 pound manchego cheese
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese

The heating up must be around 10 - 15 min
