I have the recipe but not the directions!?
Posted by: admin / Category: Mexican Casserole Recipes
I have a recipe for a "mexican" corn that uses white shoepeg corn, cream cheese, jalapenos and garlic. I know you mix all of this and put it in a casserole dish BUT how long and at what temp do I bake this for?
also if you have any other "add-in" suggestions – i’m open to hearing them!
(just spices though)
When in doubt – cook at 350* to be on the safe side. I’d cook it for 25 minutes then check for doneness. If it needs to be cooked longer, then do another 5 and go from there.

You would be safe @ 325 – 350 degrees and keep temping until it reaches an internal temp of 160

i would put it in @ 350 for 20 min because your only heating up not really cooking it and shredded cheese on top is also good…try sprinkling in some cummin or chilli powder for a spicier dish

Since there’s no meat in it or anything else that needs to be cooked thoroughly, you’d probably be fine at 350* for 15-20 minutes. Or add some shredded cheese on top and when that’s bubbly you’re probably good.
