		<description>I haven&#039;t had them but I would say Queso Fresco a Mexican cheese and you can get that at almost any store in the dairy section by the other cheeses. Too make the easiest chicken quesadillas I would use the can of chicken in the section by the tuna. It is good and it works well for that. That is how our local Mex. restaurant makes their chicken tacos.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
