Posted by: admin / Category: Mexican Dip
Looking for a recipe that contains pinto beans, Velveeta Mexican, cilantro and not sure what else. Thank you!
1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can (3 1/4 c.) pork and beans in tomato sauce, sieved
1/2 c. velveeta
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne pepper
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
4 slices bacon, crisp cooked, drained and crumbled
Combine all ingredients except bacon; heat through. Top with bacon. Serve with corn chips or potato chips. Makes 3 cups.

That's funny I made a dip for the super bowl using those exact ingredients. I believe the cilantro I used was Romel (not to be confused with Hormel).
