It is more of a yellow color than you will find in Mexican resteraunts, but I have received more compliments on it than the recipe they use.  If you want it hotter, you can use Extra Hot Ro-Tel.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
