    6 slices bacon cooked
    Pork chops
    Minute rice
    canned tomatoes
    chopped onion
    chopped green pepper
Spices or peppers for heat of your choice

Fry your bacon, crumble and reserve the fat. Place on paper towels for later. Sear the chops in the skillet. When both sides are browned remove and set aside. In the same skillet add onion and peppers cook until done. Add your tomatoes 2 cups minute rice. (you may have to add more rice or water) Once thickened stir in bacon crumbles place chops on top and bake 350 until chops are done.
