There are a lot of Cuban recipes out there but if you want to make something that you know will taste good is paella or picadillo. My husband is Cuban and his mom taught me tons of short cuts. Goya foods has tons of recipes and if you have a local store that sells Goya products it will make cooking Cuban food so much easier. check it out goya.com
References :
http://www.goya.com/english/recipes/recipe_category.html?id=6#1
