I haven’t tried it yet ,but it smells wonderful while it’s cooking.
Oh and I forgot to say, that after it’s done you can sprinkle some Mexican cheese on top .
Also, it would be great to add some light sour cream as well.
I didn’t figure out the nutrional stats as a dish . I explain it seperately and depending on how much you’re able to eat you can estimate the totals.

It was really good …
It was really good and I was actually able to eat the chicken…I’ve been having some trouble with it lately…You really could cook the rice in it for non ops you’re right! I hope you’ll enjoy it.

Sounds good … and easy! Instead of sour cream, you can also try topping with some Greek yogurt. I’ve been using Greek yogurt in place of sour cream lately and cannot tell a difference in flavor (nor can my family!).
