how do I throw a traditional mexican third birthday party for my daughter?

In mexico little girls will have an extravagant 3rd birthday just like a quinceanera but I cant find anything about the traditional stuff that goes on does anyone know any thing? help!
A traditional mexican birthday party would involve traditional mexican food, songs, dances, clothes and of course a pinata. Traditional mexican music would be mariachi, such as Vicente Fernandez, or corridos, such as Los Cadetes. The foods would have to be tamales, mole, posole, carne asada, pollo rostisado or stuff like that. The clothes for a girl would be those beautiful and colorful dresses from mexico. For the guys caballero out fits or mariachi outfits. As far as the dances, i’m not sure. Theres duranguense, bachata, but these arnt really traditional, these are kinda newer.
