What are some traditional Mexican dishes?

I have Chicken Enchiladas, Beef Taco – are these traditional and can you suggest any others please?

And what are some mexican sauces… I have salsa and guacamole, any others?

    These dishes you have sound more tex mex than Mexican. If that is what you’re looking for then there are fajitas, burritos and chilli.

    If it is a more traditional Mexican sauce you are looking for then you will find that is called mole and it is made with herbs, spices and chocolate.

    we eat those but we also eat…
    caldo de res
    menudo
    barbacoa
    fideo
    lengua
    tripas
    arroz con pollo
    the list goes on and on
    and by "we" i mean me and my husband!
