Anyone have a great Liquidy salsa recipe?

I would like a thin salsa recipe, that isn’t too spicy maybe between mild and medium.

This is a great salsa recipe. The addition of cooking it really adds a lot of flavor and it is a thin salsa recipe. DELICIOUS!!!

Caribbean Habanero Pineapple Salsa

4 cups tomatoes, seeded and roughly chopped
1 cup fresh habanero peppers, destemmed (maybe only use 1/2 since you don’t want it too spicy. make sure you remove all sees and the white stuff inside)
1 cup onion, roughly chopped
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp jerk seasoning paste
1/2 c crushed pineapple

In blender, combine tomatoes, habaneros, onion, tomato sauce, and jerk seasoning paste. Process until chunky yet well blended. Pour into a medium sized saucepan and simmer over low heat for 35-45 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in crushed pineapple and simmer for another 4-5 minutes. This can be placed in canning jars and refrigerated.

    5 roma tomatoes
1 jalapeno( use half for mild salsa)
    1 medium sized white onion
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 cup cilantro
1 can Rotel (or any diced tomatoes with green chilies)
    juice of 2 limes
    salt and pepper to taste

Roughly chop the tomatoes and onion. Put all ingrediants into a blender or food processor, blend well, about 1 minute.
It’s better if you let it sit in the fridge at least an hour for the flavors to develop. Can also be heated up for a warm salsa, and is awesome with roasted vegetables.
