This fish taco recipe from Jason Hill is a Mexican favorite, originating in Baja, Mexico, and popularized with Rubio’s Fish Taco recipe in Mission Bay, San Diego. This video shows you how to make grilled fish tacos along with Jason’s fish taco white sauce. Serve alongside a cold Corona beer. Ole!
Fish Taco Recipe
Serves four
• 2 six ounce pieces of white fish (I use mahi mahi)
• 2 cups of my lemon herb marinade.
• 8 corn tortillas.
• 2 cups of shredded cabbage.
• 1 fresh diced tomato
• small bunch of fresh cilantro
• 1 cup of fish taco white sauce
First rinse thawed fish under cool water and pat dry. Next, place fish in a plastic bag and pour the marinade over the fish. Seal bag and mix around with your hands. Marinade in the refrigerator no more than thirty minutes. Next, dice one tomato, and shred up some cabbage. Then go start your grill. If you don’t have a grill, or BBQ, then you can either fry or bake your fish. After the fish is done, emble your fish tacos straight away! Enjoy, and thanks for tubing in!
Cheers!

I heard a few people say that they could not hear what type of powder I was using. I used organic taco seasoning for this recipe. Sorry bout the wind! Maybe next time I will wait until the weather is calm, I just couldn’t wait to eat those tacos!
Raw avocado tacos~ super quick and tasty!
This recipe was whipped up by my lovely wife when she was craving something savory. No fancy equipment, dehydrating or high-powered blenders necessary; just a knife, cutting board, bowl and fork!
Step 1 – open one or two avocadoes, pit and scoop out the flesh.
Step 2 – mash your avocado into a mushy consistency.
Step 3 – mix in some prepared taco seasoning powder (or your own fave taco blend. When using prepackaged stuff remember organic is best but, at the least try to avoid brands that use wheat flour or monosodium glutamate.) to taste!
Your taco filling is complete! Now to serve it up right!
Wash several large leaves of romaine lettuce and cut off the extra stemmy-bit on the bottom. This is your crunchy taco shell! Scoop on some of your taco-filling and top with diced tomatoes, red onions, mixed greens and maybe a lil fresh salsa, a squeeze of fresh lime juice and you got one awesome taco!
